You may return your product within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and comes with its original packaging and all accessories.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Personalized products and special promotional items are not returnable once sold unless there is a quality issue.

Please return the item within 7 days of receiving the Return Material Authorization, ensuring it is well packaged to prevent shipping damage. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
